Do I get a physical prop?
No. The STL pack is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
Does the STL pack include printer support?
No. 1-Hour Printer Support is a separate product: one 60-minute online session, no STL files.
What is the support session?
One 60-minute online troubleshooting call. Access lasts 14 days from purchase. No on-site repair, parts, or shipping.
What files am I allowed to sell?
Only STL files you own or are authorized to sell. Personal prints of purchased files are fine. Do not resell the STLs.
